Ao analisar comparativamente quatro casos espec\u00edficos, um em cada pa\u00eds onde o GIA atua (Col\u00f4mbia, Bol\u00edvia, Brasil e Peru), esta pesquisa avalia a efic\u00e1cia das estrat\u00e9gias destinadas a promover governan\u00e7a de infraestrutura. O estudo tamb\u00e9m analisa de perto os fatores contextuais \/ ex\u00f3genos (por exemplo, pol\u00edtica), rela\u00e7\u00f5es de poder, sinergias entre diversos tipos de estrat\u00e9gias, mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica e coaliz\u00f5es \/ colabora\u00e7\u00f5es. A pesquisa vai explorar profundamente como certos atores de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o socioambiental enfrentaram projetos espec\u00edficos de infraestrutura em certas regi\u00f5es Amaz\u00f4nicas. Al\u00e9m de quais estrat\u00e9gias estes utilizaram para avan\u00e7ar seus objetivos desejados, como eles exerceram poder para influenciar a tomada de decis\u00f5es, como eles constru\u00edram coaliz\u00f5es e interagiram com atores que tinham objetivos ou prioridades diferentes, quais foram os resultados e motiva\u00e7\u00f5es (por exemplo, qual foi o efeito dos fatores contextuais e rela\u00e7\u00f5es de poder).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Os casos escolhidos na Col\u00f4mbia, Bol\u00edvia e Brasil apresentam hist\u00f3rias de sucesso de grupos ind\u00edgenas que conseguiram interromper projetos de infraestrutura que teriam impactado seus territ\u00f3rios infringindo seus direitos. Para esses tr\u00eas casos, esta pesquisa visa produzir evid\u00eancias cient\u00edficas e materiais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o que auxiliem esses grupos ind\u00edgenas em suas lutas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para a Bol\u00edvia e a Col\u00f4mbia, Jazmin est\u00e1 trabalhando em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o direta com l\u00edderes ind\u00edgenas das comunidades estudadas. Na Col\u00f4mbia, o projeto contar\u00e1 com o envolvimento de Nidia Becerra, ind\u00edgena Inga e l\u00edder de Yunguillo. Yunguillo \u00e9 uma forte comunidade ind\u00edgena conhecida por sua luta constante por seus direitos, interrompendo com sucesso dois projetos de estradas. Nidia trabalhar\u00e1 com o apoio de dois membros da sua comunidade, que ser\u00e3o assistentes de campo. Para o caso da Bol\u00edvia, Jazmin est\u00e1 construindo uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com Valent\u00edn Luna R\u00edos e Domingo Ocampo Huasna, dois l\u00edderes ind\u00edgenas das comunidades da regi\u00e3o de Madidi e Pil\u00f3n Lajas, na bacia do rio Madeira. Essas comunidades ind\u00edgenas, organizadas em uma comunidades mais ampla, lutaram para impedir o projeto hidrel\u00e9trico Chepete &#8211; El Bala. Essas lideran\u00e7as ind\u00edgenas participar\u00e3o do estudo como co-pesquisadores.
